Where were we?


Here we are, after almost a year's absence! And fortunately when I got fired (by now over a year ago!) And I started working on my own I had promised, among other things, to devote more time to blog ... that did not? It 'been a tough year, there has happened a bit' of everything, but especially now that winter is approaching, the food is always a great consolation! I already anticipate Sunday afternoon in our new living room (yes, because short-change our home!) Over a cup of hot tea and a slice of prepared tart with marmellatine MammaDrag of, or already see myself to prepare the homemade pasta on the beautiful wooden table that we just bought for the kitchen (with the help of the rolling pin to the "spread" that gave me this summer !) or to taste, maybe for Christmas, the liquor basil LittleDrag prepare with so much love:) So good food is always the bearer of positive images ... and this time we really need! Recently, we then we are also united in a gas, a buying group solidarity, and we believe that with this choice safely eat better and healthier (although this obviously is not the only reason why we approached the world of Gas).
Since it is a long time that do not post, before inserting a new recipe I make a riassuntino summer (which I actually saw it still seems very close to the hot weather that has gripped Milan a few days ago!). We have been in Cilento, and as usual we have chosen a place where the kitchen is truly a delicacy! We chose a really nice farm where we were served dishes that are simple but to raise the morale of most pessimistic person in the world like pasta and beans, pasta and chickpeas, rabbit, eggplant parmigiana, megamozzarellone buffalo .... Among other things, we discovered a great niche in Palinuro (deserves to be sued, is called the sweet stop) where we ate fresh fish, shrimp with the tonnarelli still dream at night and prawns sautéed HEAVENLY! They also deserve a close-up:)

Then we returned to the village of LittleDrag where we are dedicated to food for the winter: p


And now who knows when will the next holiday ... I can only dream of a weekend at the spa in Bormio this winter! (This was a little subliminal message aimed at LittleDrag, of course;)
