Albertson Heavenly Ski

Apple pie with rice flour

Lately I've rediscovered the rice flour, which I love because it makes the cake much softer than the normal flour.
now everyone knows that apple pie is one of my favorite cakes and just find a recipe with a new variant I must try it now! So I said why not try the rice flour? Well, great result!

INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs 170g sugar 80g melted butter

1 / 2 cup milk 150g flour 00

150g rice flour 2 apples (1 and half diced and half sliced \u200b\u200bto Last decorate the surface of the cake) 1 tablespoon baking

Combine all ingredients in the order they are written above mix well and taking care to avoid lumps. Roll out the dough in a greased baking pan after it well (or use baking paper) and distribute the latest apple slices for garnish on the surface (perhaps by placing them in a circle or multiple circles).
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes (do the toothpick test).

Pizza in reverse

Here I am in a long time for some new recipe. I must say that in recent months we have not been of great eaters .. but spring got me back the appetite:) and also the desire to experiment and cook something new! This recipe
We tried it with MammaDrag which in turn had glimpsed the test of the cook. I do not know exactly how it was the original recipe, but we are quite happy with our version!
This is a cake with the artichokes to cook on the reverse, namely that in the pan should be placed before the artichokes and then the pasta. This allows you to cook artichokes perfectly, as are baked mud.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 trays of focaccia):

Filling
4 small artichokes

oil parsley salt

garlic Parmesan Pasta

We usually prepare the dough with the machine the bread and use: 300g water, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 teaspoons salt, 500 g 0 flour, half a cube of yeast. With this amount we have two trays of pizza and eat it in four.

Clean the artichokes by removing the hard outer leaves and any bones. Cut into thin slices, put them in a bowl and dress with olive oil, salt, parsley, garlic and Parmesan cheese (amount to taste).
Spread in pan of baking paper and over the artichokes to distribute evenly. Then roll the dough (once ready and yeast) on artichokes, making sure to cover them all and do not leave holes in the dough.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 ° for about 20 minutes.
Now take a plate or cutting board, reverse the pizza and is the result!
We like a lot especially because it is lightweight, but still tasty!
