150 g dark chocolate 150 g butter 100 g sugar, 3 eggs, 100g flour, a pinch of salt, 150 g walnuts (or hazelnuts or almonds, unshelled), sugar veil.
Melt chocolate over heat with a tablespoon of water, add the butter and sugar and mix. Remove from heat and add eggs, flour, a pinch of salt and the chopped nuts. Line a roasting pan with baking paper, pour the batter and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and cut into pieces as shown.
