Inexpensive Indoor Rabbit Cage

ROLL BIGUSTO



INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH: 4
eggs, 100 g flour, 80 g sugar.
FOR chocolate ganache:
200 g dark chocolate 250 ml cream.
FOR THE BUTTER CREAM:
150 g butter 250 g sugar.


Mount 3 red plus 1 whole egg with sugar until very light foam. Whip the 3 clear until stiff. Sift the flour and gently add to the red alternating with white. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Just ready to roll in a damp cloth with all the paper. Melt chocolate in double boiler and gradually add the cream to the wire. Cream butter and sugar with electric whips. Reopen the paste and spread over the chocolate ganache and then the butter cream. Roll up again, dust with cocoa.

I will have coated with chocolate because when I did the dirty on the outside and I did not like it but did not appear at all.
