MEATBALLS WITH PESTO CREAM AND CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
600 g minced veal, 50 g pesto, a slice of bread, 1 / 2 cup milk, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan, bread crumbs, 1 clove of garlic, 300 g chopped tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.

Sauté garlic in oil. Then remove it and add the chopped tomatoes with salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes. Mix the meat with egg, Parmesan, pesto, white bread soaked in milk and squeezed, salt and pepper. Shape into balls, dip in breadcrumbs and fry in oil seeds. Place meatballs in tomato sauce, flavored with basil and cook for 10 minutes.
