salad of arugula, grapefruit, and nuts quartirolo
A tasty light dish, or as a vegetarian main meal for a more abundant.
For each person:

- 4-5 whole walnuts (8-10 kernels in half)

- sour umeboshi
- balsamic vinegar (optional)
