short, I had to finish the dandelion but it was not enough to prepare a pie, so I decided to try it with a nice plate of pasta. No big deal, a very simple recipe, but the original (and "healthy", now that this is the Notre password!)
INGREDIENTS: (x 1 person)
80 g pasta (I used the queens of buckwheat)
some dandelion leaves previously blanched in boiling water
garlic, oil and salt
Brown the dandelion leaves in a pan with a little oil and a clove of garlic, and salt. Meanwhile, boil water and cook pasta. Drain al dente and add it to the dandelion. Mix well and sauté for one minute. If necessary, before serving you can add some parmesan or pecorino.
