INGREDIENTS:
75 g dark chocolate 175 g butter 175 g sugar, 3 eggs, 175 g flour, milk to taste, 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Melt chocolate in double boiler and let cool. In separate bowl mix softened butter with sugar until a soft dough. Gradually pour the beaten eggs, flour, milk, baking powder and mix. Transfer half the dough into another bowl and pour in one of the melted chocolate. Grease and flour pan and pour in the mixture light and then the chocolate. With a spoon, draw the waves through the two types of batter and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
