khichdi

Creating khichdi for this fusion (single dish of lentils, rice and vegetables) healthy and invigorating taste winter.

Serves 4:

2 cups of organic green lentils 2 cups of brown rice
bio
half cauliflower florets in a
onion, chopped
a clove of garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated half
teaspoon garam masala

extra virgin olive oil 1 heaping tablespoon of miso (imprescindibile!!)
mezz'etto smoked ricotta cheese (do not substitute other cheeses)

Boil the rice, drain and keep aside.
Boil the cauliflower in salted and acidulated water (with vinegar or lemon juice) and set aside.
Stew the lentils:
the fry of onion, garlic and ginger, add the lentils well washed

cook by adding boiling water as needed
add miso and nut taste
United vegetable rice, lentils, cauliflower and extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with garam masala
in individual dishes, add on to the "khichdi" a beautiful grated smoked ricotta, passed by large grater holes.
