RADICCHIO 4 Sauté

Un gustoso contorno tipicamente invernale, che ci permette di fare scorta di minerali,vitamine e preziosi antiossidanti.


Ingredienti:

4 radicchi

(i miei erano piccoli) -

10 noci - 

7 black olives -

a generous handful of raisins -

a large handful of pine nuts -

garlic -

salt

Wash the radicchio and cut into strips. Ponetetelo in a nonstick pan on the stove over low heat, allow to dry water. Then add the oil, garlic, walnuts and spezzattate peeled, chopped olives, raisins and pine nuts and sauté for a few minutes. It 's a great side dish, I have also put up a white cake, a delicacy.
