This is one of the last cake I fact, I wanted to try a new technique BRUSH embrodery, the result is what you see, of course I still have much to learn, but as first time I'm happy.
The cake is the brunette stuffed with a base layer of cream and milk chocolate chips and covered in sugar paste, The topper is made in PDZ and then decorated with violets embrodery brush technique using colored royal icing, while the edges are cream colored.
