typical Neapolitan Christmas cake this year prepared gluten-free version, they came really good.
Ingredients for one serving: 120 gr
gluten free flour (or as it should during preparation)
1 egg 1 teaspoon olive oil lemon
1 cucchiaino di zucchero
1 cucchiaino di acqua (facoltativa)
un pizzico di sale
la punta di un cucchiaino di lievito per dolci
1 cucchiaio di anice o strega o rum
Preparazione da fare il giorno prima: disporre l
struffoli Fry in deep fat. When golden, drain and put them on paper towels. When they have cooled, store them in a bowl covered with plastic wrap.
